Since it’s prom season I went through old pictures and did some reminiscing. I was never excited about going to prom, senior year wasn’t the greatest either, so attending prom didn’t really seem like an option. However, prom wasn’t as bad as I anticipated it would be and I had a surprisingly good time. Not only that but I loved my dress! My besty’s mom made it the night before, and to disbelief we were up until 2 in the morning trying to finish it. Besty and I helped as well =) 

We didn’t have an after prom party, but we did have a post prom trip. My old high school’s tradition is to spend prom weekend down at Wasaga beach here in Ontario, so keeping up with tradition is exactly what we did. However horrible the weather was we made it an awesome weekend and I wouldn’t have asked for anything better. I spent an entire weekend with the best boys <3 (yes, I’m the only female in this group - minus the girlfriends). I don’t see them as much I’d like too anymore but we keep in touch, which I love, so this is more like a tribute to the best mini-vacation I had, and to them.
